Silver base brazing filler metals, with excellent processing property, optimal melting temperature, good wetting and seam-forming property, high joint strength and ductility,good corrosion resistance, have been widely used in brazing mild steel, stainless steel, Structural Steel, refractory alloys, copper and its alloys, cemented carbides and Kovar alloys,etc.In order to improve performance and satisfy the increasingly serious technical requirement,the silver base filler metal we usually use is added Sn, Ni, Si, Mn, In, Ga to form Ag-Cu-Zn-Sn, Ag-Cu-Zn-Ni, Ag-Cu-Zn-Mn, Ag-Cu-Zn-X(Ga, Sn, In, Ni) series product and so on.
Attention:The residue such as grease,oxide etc on the surface and connection must be removed strictly before the brazing.
